Dr. Roman Kadlec is a Czech native and a graduate from Dentistry in Hamburg, Germany, where he also established his first private dental practice. In the past, he worked at many dental offices in Germany, the Czech Republic, and in Bahrain (on the Arabian peninsula), where he administered private dental services to the royal family. Currently, he also assists the Charles University, Prague School of Dentistry as an external tutor and adviser. Dr. Kadlec is a member of The Society of Preventive Dental Care - Rotary Prague Bohemia. He is fluent in Czech, German, English, and French.

Dr. Štěpán Gála graduated with a degree in Dentistry from Charles University in Prague. In 2002-2003, he completed a number of educational seminars offered by several universities in Germany to expand his knowledge in the field of diagnostic dentistry and to specialize in the analysis of orthodontic abnormalities.

Dr. Gála practiced in his private dental practiced which he established in the USA where he also enrolled for a year in university studies. Since 2005, he is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry in the USA which enables him to keep abreast with the newest trends of modern dentistry. Since 2007, Dr. Gála is also a member of the Auditing Committee of the Czech Endodontics Society. He is fluent in Czech, English, and German.

Dr. Markéta Havlíková graduated with a degree in Dentistry from Palackého University. She successfully completed several professional seminars and internships specializing in Cosmetic Dental Care, Prosthetics and Endodontics. In 2005, she acquired the General Dentist certificate from the Chamber of Czech Dentistry. Currently, Dr. Havlíková is expanding her professional know-how through intensive studies in the field of Periodontics. She is fluent in Czech and English
